This apartment is situated in Benalmadena Costa, next to the marina and only 50 yards from the beach. Apartment 1004 is on the 10th floor with a lovely view of the marina and sea, overlooking the gardens and a beautiful swimming pool. There is no road to cross to get to the beach - a pathway leads to the promenade.

 The Diana II apartment has a lovely garden with many trees, overlooking the beach, and a magnificent large swimming pool. There is also a small children's pool. Both the bedroom and living room have French windows leading onto the balcony, and there is a full bathroom and kitchen. The living room has a double sofa bed, and there is also a fold-away extra single bed.
